We had never been there before but the moment we walked in a lady seated us and she made us feel like she had known us forever. We didn't know her before we went in but later found out her name was Denise. After seating us she was also our waitress. It did not take us long to see how much she loved her job by the way she served people. Not just us but everyone we saw come in the door she greeted with a smile and joy. She was such a huge blessing to us first thing this morning. We hope Shoney's knows how valuable she is to their company. A genuine person with a sweet, sweet spirit. The food was good too ”

Miranda, my server, always has my order correct and remembers from week to week want I want to have for breakfast. They also have an excellent buffet if you want an unlimited portion. “ Solid breakfast staples. Easy access in and out from a busy road. Haven't been to Shoney's since I was a kid. All of the Indiana ones closed a long time ago. We were pleasantly surprised that they were requiring everyone to wear gloves when going to the buffet. We chose not to do the bar just to be safe. Our waitress was wonderful. True southern hospitality. I got pancakes and grits. Pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The grits were very good as well. My husband got bacon eggs ans toast. He said they were good as well. Nothing fancy but a solid choice!! ”
